1. Engagement & Services

SEO Mantra provides digital marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Media Management (Google & Meta Ads), Website Development, Social Media, and Content Marketing under agreed scope specifications.

2. Retainer Flexibility & Termination

All monthly growth packages operate on a flexible month-to-month retainer. Clients may cancel or pause retainers at any time with a 30-day written notice to admin@seomantra.in.

3. Invoicing & Taxes

Indian clients are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) with standard 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), allowing 100% Input Tax Credit on GSTR-2B. Global clients outside India are billed in USD ($) with zero Indian tax.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, with jurisdiction in Noida courts. For legal inquiries, contact our Head Office: SEO Mantra, Noida 62, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201014.
